Everything was perfect and lots to do. The room was brand-new & neat with toiletries except facial tissues and double bed plus dilapidated condition. The staff was really excellent and amazing friendly, helped a lot. The accommodation had a remote location located near the river passing.

High standard and recently renovated rooms. Great pool, parking on-site. Fast check-in. Location close enough to Sigiriya, many attractions such as Sigiriya rock and all the local sites on tuk-tuk, including Sigiriya.

The service was very good with a fast check-in. The staff was reasonably good, respectful, and everything was nice. Remote location was a plus.

The hotel was picturesque, it had exceptionally kind staff at the reception desk. We had a twin/double room which was huge and modest.

Simply stunning place to stay, breathtaking views of mountains and rice fields. Varied and delicious breakfasts and excellent food available. Beautifully maintained and modern rooms, fantastic location so close to the center of the island, and all the local sites on tuk-tuk, including Sigiriya. Really good stay, as always.

Beautifully maintained unit with very good AC and the curtains opened. Nice decor throughout and extremely friendly staff at the reception desk. Incredible, particularly good location near the Dambulla temple and caves, Sigiriya, Pidurangala cave and rock temple, the Damulla Caves and Golden Buddha and the Dambulla caves.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The staff were so friendly and made us feel like family. The food was delicious, especially the Christmas dinner. The pool was a highlight, with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and a paddy field. The location was perfect, close to the Dambulla cave temple and other attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was just so relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday getaway.

While our stay at this hotel was mostly great, there were a few minor downsides. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the bath linen could have been fresher.

Breakfast and dinner were both good. One night was a set menu and one a buffet and both were very nice especially the Sri Lanka dishes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A good location for trips to Dambulla and Sigiriya Rock. Location is quiet, not much to do other than trips but the rooms were nice to relax in with interesting design.

There was not a lively feel to the hotel I think due to the design where the main buiding feels like a temporary building and the rooms are all tucked away. You don't really see any other guests other than at meals so it feels like a bit of a ghost town if you take an afternoon off sightseeing! The bar and pool are barely used as guests are mostly on tours to the sights around the hotel. The rooms need mosquito nets because we were bitten quite badly.
